The USF Intellectual Property Law Bulletin publishes twice a year, in the Fall and Spring. The Bulletin covers Patent, Trademark, Copyright, Trade Secret, Cyberlaw, Science/Law interaction, and Right of Publicity issues.
Each issue usually includes one or two articles by a practitioner or professor, as well as at least one or two student comments collected from within the USF Law School. The Bulletin does not consider articles written by current students from other law schools.
